This study analyzes corporate entrepreneurship as a driver of service innovation at UAB Šiaulių Bankas, assessing the impact of leadership, organizational culture and participation of employees on respective decisions. Here we use a mixed methods approach, including expert interviews and surveys from 100 employees. The results show that 75% of respondents think leadership is “significant” or “very significant” to achieving innovation, with effective leadership encouraging risk taking, collaboration, and a shared vision. Employee involvement was found to be a key driver, with 65% of people rating management effectiveness as "effective" or "very effective" and 40% saying that revenue growth was the most important metric to evaluate innovation success. The results also reinforce the notion that external influences in the shape of regulatory guidelines, market trends serve both as an enabler and impediment to the process of inducing innovation. Besides this, if employee perspectives and practical knowledge are seen as essential for speeding up the innovation process, 70% of interviewees stated that they are "often" or "very often" involved in the innovation process. These successes also come coupled with challenges, as infrequent strategy reviews, 40% of them take place on an annual basis, could hinder their agility in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing market. The researchers assert that cultivating ingenuity with the embracement of ingenuity at leadership level, increased review cycles, and harnessing employee inputs could assist in sustaining innovation. Such knowledge serves as a basis for how UAB Šiaulių Bankas can remain competitive and deliver outstanding service using corporate entrepreneurship.

Several pieces of legislation are housed here, including those that deal with IT, PC, CS, and the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TROC)2001. Not only does the study consider these specific restrictions in its comprehensive legal analysis, but it also takes into consideration more general rules, including the Copyright Act of 2005, the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the Bangladesh Penal Code of 1860. As case studies, the article includes notable cybercrime instances in Bangladesh. We can observe the impact of judicial rulings on national cybercrime control initiatives in these cases. The article continues by outlining the difficulties faced by the government of Bangladesh in its fight against cybercrime and for the safe use of the internet by its inhabitants.

One of the primary functions of Central Mindanao University is to offer extension services to the community and its stakeholders. The institution is committed to its mission of promoting holistic development among individuals and communities through the provision of exceptional services in education, research, outreach, and productivity. Several centers and colleges have established extension programs, initiatives, and activities that align with their areas of expertise. These endeavors aim to empower stakeholders and contribute to the overall mission of the university. The training program had the primary objective of providing educators with the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to effectively incorporate pedagogical practices into their subject matter expertise. By means of practical workshops and experiential activities, educators acquired the necessary pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) to effectively design and deliver captivating and purposeful learning encounters for their students. The training encompassed three fundamental domains: pedagogical knowledge, content knowledge, and technological knowledge. Educators have devised methodologies to effectively incorporate technology into their mathematics pedagogy, thereby augmenting student involvement and comprehension. In addition, the program enhanced their proficiency in mathematical concepts, allowing them to effectively deliver lessons with clarity and skillfully address students' inquiries. Following the completion of the training program, educators reported a notable enhancement in their self-assurance, which subsequently contributed to the cultivation of a favorable atmosphere for learning. They developed an increased proficiency in addressing students' misconceptions, offering explanations, and assisting them in navigating typical obstacles encountered in the field of mathematics. The training program fostered a growth mindset, promoting the ongoing development of professional skills and a dedication to remaining knowledgeable about evidence-based practices.

The current curriculum promotes a student-centered classroom and emphasizes the importance of problem-solving in mathematics. Designing activities that support students in class and encourage their engagement have posed a challenge to the teachers. This study explores the use of interactive learning with digital tools on the problem-solving skills and engagement of Grade 7 students. Digital interactive learning (DIL) and non-digital interactive learning (non-DIL) class have results concentrated on very low problem-solving skills on pre-test and are engaged in behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. Both groups have also revealed an increase on their post-test and retention test on problem-solving test with some students having high level skills. Post-test on engagement showed to be still engaged in behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. Both post-test and retention test revealed a significant difference between groups with F-value of 7.496 and p-value of .008 on post-test and F-value of 10.749 and p-value of .002 on retention test in their problem-solving skills. It is recommended to consider interactive learning in mathematics class to help the students in their problem-solving skills and engagement.
