Publisher Author Guidelines
The
GRS Publisher* provides a clear set of guidelines for authors submitting
manuscripts to ensure the integrity, quality, and smooth processing of all
submissions. Adhering to these guidelines will improve the chances of
acceptance and expedite the peer-review process.
1. Submission Process
Online Submission: All manuscripts must be
submitted through the GRS Publisher’s online submission portal. Ensure that the
manuscript file is correctly formatted before submission.
Language: Manuscripts should be written in
clear, fluent English. Non-native speakers are encouraged to seek professional
language editing services if necessary.
Originality: Manuscripts must be original,
not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere. GRS Publisher
implements a strict anti-plagiarism policy using plagiarism detection software.
2. Types of Manuscripts
Original Research Articles: Comprehensive reports on new
research, providing significant contributions to the field.
Review Articles: Thorough, authoritative surveys of existing
research, often by experts in the field.
Case Reports: Detailed reports of individual medical or clinical
cases with broad implications.
Short Communications: Brief articles presenting novel
findings or important preliminary data.
3. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should follow the following
format:
Title Page:
Title of the manuscript.
Full names and affiliations of
all authors.
Corresponding author’s email and contact information.
Abstract: Provide a concise abstract
(250-300 words), summarizing the research objectives, methods, results, and
conclusions.
Keywords: Select up to 7 keywords that help
readers understand the essential concepts in your manuscript, particularly for
complex or less common terms.
Introduction: State the background, objectives,
and rationale for the study.
Materials and Methods: Detailed description of the
research methods, study design, materials used, and data analysis. For clinical
studies, ethical approval and informed consent must be included.
Results: Present findings clearly,
supported by tables, figures, or graphs where applicable.
Discussion: Interpretation of the results,
comparison with previous research, and potential implications for the field.
Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and
suggest directions for future research.
Acknowledgments (optional): Acknowledge any financial
support, institutional resources, or individual contributions.
References: List all references cited in the
manuscript using the APA citation style, depending on the journal’s preference. Number references
sequentially in the order they appear in the text.
4. Formatting and Style:
File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted
in MS Word format. Ensure that figures, tables, and references are embedded
properly.
Text Format: Use Times New Roman , 12-point
font, and double spacing. Margins should be set to 1 inch on all sides.
Figures and Tables: Figures should be high
resolution (300 dpi), submitted as separate files in formats such as JPEG, PNG,
or TIFF. Tables should be included within the text, numbered consecutively, and
accompanied by a descriptive caption.
Abbreviations: Spell out all abbreviations the
first time they appear in the text, followed by the abbreviation in
parentheses.
