Artificial intelligence (AI) possesses transformative capabilities across diverse domains, and this paper aims to explore and anticipate its implications for the broad field of public law. Public law has historically played a pivotal role in structuring sovereign authority and safeguarding collective rights. Over time, its foundations have continuously evolved in response to shifting legal frameworks and societal developments, adapting alongside the progress of governance itself. The dynamic scope of public law encompasses labor, administrative, financial, energy, and environmental regulations, all of which have been subject to significant transformations. In this study, three branches of public law—administrative law, labor law, and financial law—are examined through the lens of two advanced AI language models, Grac 3 and Gemini, to assess the potential impact of AI on their future trajectories. The findings indicate that emerging challenges will primarily concern liability frameworks, risks of discrimination and inequity, the pursuit of justice, as well as data privacy and cybersecurity protections. These challenges underscore the pressing need for comprehensive legal adaptation to ensure that AI technologies are integrated responsibly into governance structures. It must be emphasized that this article offers only a preliminary investigation. A deeper, systematic analysis remains essential for a full understanding of the profound implications of AI for public la.

This study seeks to examine the potential transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the field of international relations, with a particular focus on the theories of international politics. Assuming that the future of international relations studies will increasingly engage with artificial intelligence and its diverse applications, and employing an analytical-descriptive methodology, this article aims to answer the question of how “international relations theory” has confronted and adapted to areas and fields undergoing inherent transformations through computer automation. The findings of the study indicate that computational and algorithmic systems, by generating innovative indicators for international relations theories and leveraging AI’s military, security, political, economic, and legal functions, have a significant and multifaceted impact on the evolution, adaptation, and development of international relations scholarship. These developments suggest that AI not only facilitates new analytical tools but also reshapes the conceptual and practical foundations of global political analysis.

In the contemporary geopolitical landscape, nation-states increasingly compete to decode and manipulate the intricacies of the human brain. Technological advances have extended the scope of conflict beyond conventional physical engagements into the cognitive domain, where the neural substrates governing human behavior—particularly those of adversaries—are increasingly susceptible to modulation and control. This shift represents a paradigmatic evolution in warfare, enabled by cutting-edge neuroscientific innovations that provide unprecedented access to non-lethal interventions capable of influencing the human executive system. Such interventions encompass neurotherapeutic agents engineered to alter behavioral dispositions, sophisticated remote monitoring technologies leveraging electromagnetic waveforms to track cerebral activity, acoustic systems that focus sonic energy on cranial structures, and holographic or multidimensional spatial constructs designed to challenge perceptual boundaries. This study argues that military strategy is progressively prioritizing psychological and cognitive effects, reducing reliance on kinetic engagement while simultaneously mitigating the material and ethical costs of conflict. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this inquiry examines the emergent field of cognitive warfare through the lens of convergent technologies, highlighting the synergistic interplay between neural and neocortical weaponry. The study further reflects on the ontological and epistemological implications of these developments, envisioning a future battlefield where mental sovereignty and influence are central to strategic advantage.

In contemporary commerce, digital currencies and related trademarks have become an integral part of economic life and are increasingly subject to international legal scrutiny. The global community, therefore, requires comprehensive legal frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective regulation of transactions in this domain. International organizations, as key actors in the international legal order, bear a crucial responsibility in shaping these frameworks. Their role in developing new rules and standards is essential to address the emerging challenges posed by digital currencies and cryptographic technologies. Adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, this article examines the regulatory efforts of international organizations in the field of digital currencies and seeks to answer the central question: What role do international organizations play in the formulation of rules governing digital currencies and cryptographic transactions? By analyzing founding documents and the existing practices of international organizations, the study concludes that these institutions possess both the mandate and the capacity to establish rules regulating digital transactions. Such regulation is indispensable not only for maintaining the integrity of international commercial exchanges but also for safeguarding the political and institutional legitimacy of international organizations themselves.

These days, environmental issues sit near the top of the global agenda. World leaders actually treat them as a real priority now. Looking ahead, it’s pretty clear that as time goes on, fights between countries will center more and more on the environment and who gets what from nature. Mountains are a big deal here. They play a unique and essential role in our ecosystem, but somehow, they don’t get much attention. That’s a problem, because their delicate balance makes them especially easy to damage or destroy. International law can help. If countries use these legal tools well, they can stop more harm and even start to fix what’s already been broken. We’ve already seen some progress—European nations have taken some legal steps, and it’s actually made a difference.
